Let’s first create a space for dialogue. This can be a new dedicated Slack Channel or small group DM depending on the scope of the project.

What are we seeking to solve? For who? How will we know it’s been successful? What are the resources we need? What are the compliance guardrails? Let’s do some learning together.

2️⃣ organize

Let’s compile everything we know. Let’s talk with stakeholders and look at what others are doing. Let’s ask for help and guidance. We’ll get organized around all the pieces.

3️⃣ launch

Now we’re clear about what we’re solving for, and we have the information we need. Let’s build this thing.

We’re not afraid to keep asking questions in a safe and supportive way.
