Outlook 365: Email and Calendar

I mean seriously, it’s Outlook, not much to say! Big reminder though that email is great for external communication with clients but terribly insecure for sensitive information.
Should a client request trades or cash disbursements via email, we must call the client directly to confirm instructions and then document the conversation details in the CRM.
We keep our systems as secure as possible, but email is a two-way street, there's no way of knowing whether or not your client's account could have been compromised, or if the transmission path is clean.
Let's assume email is public record, be careful with personal information.
