Every few months we’ll gather around the campfire and just hang together. So much of our attention and energy seems to be spent building, welcoming, adjusting systems, solving problems, and serving clients.
It’s so easy to forget to look back a bit and appreciate how far we've come together.
The quarterly regroups definitely aren’t formal company presentations, but I want us to have a chance to reflect on what we've accomplished and celebrate the people who make this community special.

This quarter, six advisors chose to build their practices here, they looked across the industry and chose us, we need to work hard to honor that.
