• You live the mission and want to see that mission grow.
  • You view growth as simply a way to grant opportunity to others.
• You run a sustainable advisory practice.
  • You’re able to show and inspire others who are building.
• You’ve been affiliated with Core for at least 6 months.
  • We want to walk alongside you for a little while so that you really get to know the place.
• You’re in good standing.
  • Your ongoing compliance habits are clean, and you complete certifications timely.

• You actively contribute to the well-being of Core.

  You’ve helped build belonging through forums, process design, group chat participation, sharing tools or encouragement with peers.

• You’ve initiated or led something new.

  Hosted a study group, contributed to a firm process, or brought a new project to life.

• You take ownership of cultural-building programs.

  Whether formal or informal, you create experiences that strengthen advisor connection and reinforce our values.
