These are the basic foundational checkpoints that show readiness:
- You live the mission and want to see this Core mission grow.
- You see growth as a way to grant more opportunity to others.
- You’re undeniably viewed by others as a leader.
- You’ve been affiliated with Core for at least 6 months.
- We want to walk alongside you for a little while so that you really get to know the place.
- You’re in good standing.
- Your ongoing compliance habits are clean.

How will you know when you’re ready? There will be signs…
- You actively contribute to the well-being of Core.
- You’ve helped build belonging through forums, process design, group chat participation, sharing tools or encouragement with peers.
- You’ve initiated or led something new.
- Hosted a study group or brought a new project to life.
- You’ve taken ownership of the Culture.
- You create experiences that strengthen advisor connection and reinforce our values.
