we call this a contribution cap, and our cap is currently set at $20,000 per year, meaning as your practice continues to grow, you don’t pay more than your share, and this becomes a flat fee arrangement

quick math on annual revenue for an advisor:

• $500 gross revenue = $400 payout / $100 contribution
• $5,000 gross revenue = $4,000 payout / $1,000 contribution
• $25,000 gross revenue = $20,000 payout / $5,000 contribution
• $90,000 gross revenue = $72,000 payout / $18,000 contribution
• $100,000 gross revenue = $80,000 payout / $20,000 contribution
• $500,000 gross revenue = $480,000 payout / $20,000 contribution
