Coming fresh out of Core Analogue 2025, feeling the laughter and sharing some hugs in real time, watching collaboration spark, reminded me exactly why core planning exists and I’m doubling down on my conviction that we’re building the best possible home for advisors and the clients we get to serve.

It was our first gathering of many to come, we learned a lot about what we enjoyed, what we want more of, what we fumbled, and how we can make the next hangout even better.

This was all proof to me about what makes this place different.

It’s not the tech stack, compliance, or even the freedom to run your own practice. That’s all easy to replicate. What’s really hard to pull off is the energy created when a group of generous advisors gather around a shared mission.

I’ll just call it as I see it: the best advisors in the profession are already gathered right here. The collective talent, curiosity, and heart of this group makes core planning a home no other firm can replicate. And it’s that spark we’re doubling‑down on in the years ahead.

Over the next few years, we’re navigating toward true community ownership and self-governance.

This is why the Navigator Program needs to exist.

This is a path for anyone who feels called to shape our culture and future. No extra titles for the sake of titles, just tangible ways to serve the mission and grow your stake should you wish. This path leads into future equity conversations; more details will come.
